Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Information

Stance -Equitec Australia ships to Australian addresses only. All prices are in $AUD.

All orders are sent through Australia Post from Brisbane.

Shipping costs can be calculated in your Shopping Cart before payment.

We are unable to process split shipments within one order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

Turn Around Time (TAT)

Standard shipment orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane within 2 business days of receipt of payment. If you live in WA, TAS, VIC, NT, SA or remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.

If your order does not arrive in 12-14 business days you are welcome to contact us for parcel tracking.

Refunds Policy

We do not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. Examples include:

  • The formula is not up to regular standards. eg. mould, container not filled to correct volume
  • Arrives broken or opened in transit
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description
  • Products received differ from which you ordered

If you wish to claim a refund or exchange on your order please email info@stanceglobal.com with 7 days from receiving the goods, including details of the product, and purchase details. 

Refunds or replacement notification must be advised within 7 days
