Ivery Park Stud is located at Theresa Park which is South Western Sydney as we have only been at our new property for 2 years it is still a work in progress to be our forever dream property. Our shows have been limited to royals and nationals during our move to here, but is now getting back in full swing with the team - consisting of Jessica of course and some new yearlings (3 a colt and 2 fillies) and our 2 year old filly. We still have one resident stallion Time To Celebrate (the 2 others being gelded for a luxurious retirement).

We compete interstate for Royals along with the Sydney area for Agricultural shows but Nationals and Branch championships are in many different towns. Our main areas are in Australian Stock Horse events but not limited to them, others are Open hacking and Other breeds including Australian National Saddlehorses. These events include Led and Ridden for both Hack and working sections, I also do some entertainment work for main arena events and horse awareness and safety training.

Where do I start for my memorable achievements, I have to honestly say so many have great meanings to me for lots of different reasons e.g. when the horse was bred, trained and shown by me, if the horse was a particularity difficult one, the horse was a dream to train show and have around or even that the horse was owned by some very appreciative clients who throw the reins at me and say work your wonders. I have been competing at royal level for 45years starting with my pony firstly, then clients ponies. My favourite couple would be winning the Crane Trophy on Kahlua at Sydney Royal in 1980 and also winning Grand National Pony of Australia with Westacre Copelia about 1992 (whom I broke in) in 1980 I got hooked on ASH and started the process of breeding my own in 1982 with numerous wins at royal and nationals around Australia with numerous horses bred trained shown by me (including 10 consecutive champion wins in ANSA Junior horse at Sydney Royal with all different horses bred owned or sold by me ) along with other selected clients horses.

My aim is to always step the horses out looking and going their best at peak times and to never stop learning how to make them better. With every new horse I get there is always a new challenge but over the years I have hardly altered my way of preparations. From when I was a kid with my first pony I used coconut meal, dad used to get it for me in a big hession bag and that pony glowed in both coat and weight - and that is why I am still so very excited to be using products like Stances that I KNOW work for the benefit of the horse on the inside and then comes through on the outside. People always ask me, both adults and kids how do I have all the horses looking amazing I tell them no tricks just great products go in and get great results come out of it to have them peak at show time. I love talking to people of my experiences, I don't plan on going to the grave with them. I don't try to be a scientist I just know what works for me and the proof is there for all to see. I do believe every horse has some different needs and for this reason know set feed is the same for every horse or for every meal.
